These terms apply to your use of the E&E Enterprise website and the estimates and information we provide. Please read them carefully.

Estimates

All estimates are preliminary and based on inspection at the time of service. Final pricing may change if additional issues are discovered during the work. An estimate is not a binding contract until the work is authorized. Estimates are valid for a limited time and may be subject to parts availability and pricing.

Parts-and-labor warranty

We stand behind our work with a warranty on parts and labor. This warranty covers the parts we supply and the labor to install them, and does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear and routine maintenance items
• Damage from accidents, abuse, or neglect
• Pre-existing conditions, rust, or corrosion
• Manufacturer defects (covered by their own warranties)
• Customer-supplied parts

Ask us for the full written warranty terms, which govern coverage.

Vehicle storage

Vehicles left after completion of repairs and notification may be subject to storage fees. Please arrange timely pickup.

SMS terms & conditions

Program. E&E Enterprise sends transactional messages about vehicles we repair — request received, diagnosis complete, quote approval needed, vehicle ready, invoice reminders — plus job alerts to our technicians. No marketing messages.

Opt-in. You opt in by ticking the SMS consent box in your E&E Enterprise customer portal, or by giving us your mobile number and consenting in writing. Consent is not required to buy anything.

Frequency. Message frequency varies with your repair activity.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for these messages.

Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to stop all messages. We send one confirmation, then nothing. Reply START to resubscribe.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. We never sell or share your number for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
