Estimates
All estimates are preliminary and based on inspection at the time of service. Final pricing may change if additional issues are discovered during the work. An estimate is not a binding contract until the work is authorized. Estimates are valid for a limited time and may be subject to parts availability and pricing.
Parts-and-labor warranty
We stand behind our work with a warranty on parts and labor. This warranty covers the parts we supply and the labor to install them, and does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear and routine maintenance items
- Damage from accidents, abuse, or neglect
- Pre-existing conditions, rust, or corrosion
- Manufacturer defects (covered by their own warranties)
- Customer-supplied parts
Ask us for the full written warranty terms, which govern coverage.
Vehicle storage
Vehicles left after completion of repairs and notification may be subject to storage fees. Please arrange timely pickup.
