FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about estimates, maintenance, and your repair.

Can you provide an estimate over the phone?

While we can offer a rough estimate over the phone for routine maintenance, it's always best to bring your vehicle in so one of our team members can do a full review and understand exactly what your vehicle needs.

Are diagnostics free?

Yes! We're happy to provide a free diagnostic. Email contact@eandeenterprise.com or call us at (650) 360-0199 to schedule an appointment.

How often should I get an oil change?

Most vehicles need an oil change every 3,000–7,500 miles, depending on your car's make, model, and the type of oil used. Bring your vehicle in and we'll let you know what's right for your specific vehicle.

Do I need an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?

We accept walk-ins for routine maintenance, but scheduling an appointment helps us guarantee prompt service and reduces your wait time.

Do you work on all makes and models?

Yes, our team services a wide range of vehicles, both foreign, domestic, and electric.

How long will my service take?

Most routine maintenance (oil changes, brakes, tire services) can be completed same-day, though timing can depend on whether the necessary parts are in stock. We'll give you a time estimate when you check in.

Do you offer fleet service plans?

Yes! We specialize in fleet maintenance for local businesses. Contact us at services@eandeenterprise.com to set up a custom maintenance plan for your fleet.

How do I know if my brakes need to be replaced?

Common signs include squealing or grinding noises, a soft or vibrating brake pedal, or your car pulling to one side when braking. If you're noticing any of these, bring it in for a free inspection.

Ready to get back on the road?

Schedule your service or call us — same-week appointments are usually available.
